For Members clients, the cost is automatically deducted from the prepaid deposit. No monthly invoice, no surprises.

• 15 minutes — the minimum time guaranteed to Members clients to have the jet ready on the runway.
• 2–4 hours — average time for standard bookings with available aircraft.
• 24 hours — recommended time to ensure maximum aircraft choice and catering customisation.

Our concierge is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even on Christmas Eve. Even at 3am.

For emergencies or last-minute requests, call us directly: we will handle every situation with the highest priority.

Safety is the one thing we never compromise on. Our standards systematically exceed those required by EASA regulations.

• EASA Pilots — minimum 5,000 certified flight hours, mandatory annual update.
• Monthly inspections — every aircraft in the fleet undergoes technical checks every 30 days.
• Bi-annual certification — full review every 6 months according to the most stringent international standards.
• Verified operators — less than 35% of requested jets pass our selection process.
• Full insurance — every flight is covered by a premium insurance policy for passengers and luggage.

Private aviation exists to adapt to you, not the other way around. Here's how we handle delays:

• Up to 60 minutes — no penalty, no changes needed. The jet waits for you.
• 60 to 120 minutes — the concierge proactively contacts the crew and reorganises the flight plan if necessary.
• Over 120 minutes — we assess together the best solution: postponement, alternative aircraft or full replanning at no extra cost if the delay is not your fault.
